Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your first purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Within 30 days from the date of purchase, you can claim refund for the unused credits.

How To Claim Refund
You can write to us directly to from your registered email id to process the refund so that our team will process it in two working days. Please note that our live chat cannot help you with refund as we have to confirm your registered email id before processing the refund.
